Welcoming Day will begin at 8:30 am on Wednesday, August 18th. We begin the new school year with our Teacher Meet & Greet; an all-school outdoor assembly; registration (final opportunity to purchase instruments, used uniforms, and turn in proof of vaccination); a parent assembly (while kids are in class); and finally, a gift from the Family Association to welcome all of our families, together again at Hilldale!
**Only vaccinated parents may come on campus at any time. They must have proof of vaccination on file, wear a button stating as such, and wear a mask. Children of unvaccinated parents will be escorted from their cars and taken care of during the day. Please be sure to let [email protected] know that you will need this arrangement prior to Welcoming Day.
Welcoming Day will run from 8:30 - 10:30 AM. Uniforms are optional.
