Parent chaperones and students will enjoy the day at Aqua Adventures Water Park sponsored by the Family Association!

Hello Hilldale Families,

We are excited for the end of the year HFA field trip to Aqua Adventure!

Here are the details:
Where: Aqua Adventure in Fremont, CA
When: Tuesday, June 14, 2022

For children riding the bus:
• Must be dropped off and signed in at school by 8:30 am
• Must be picked up and signed out at school by 5:30 pm

For children riding with other chaperone parents:
• Must be dropped off and signed in at school by 8:30 am
• Must be picked up and signed out at school by 5:30 pm

For parents chaperoning AND driving children other than their own:
• Must pick up the children you are chaperoning AND sign in your own child at school by 8:30 am
• Must drop off the children you are chaperoning AND sign out your own child at school by 5:30 pm

Please note:
1. If your child is a non-swimmer and would like to attend, we are requiring that a parent attend too.

2. If you decide to be a driving chaperone and driving another Hilldale student, we require that drivers submit current car insurance to the Hilldale office.

Please fill out the Permission Slip so we can plan accordingly.
