Ms. Thompson was born and raised on the Peninsula and attended San Jose State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management Information Systems. Later, she attended the Single Subject Teaching Program at Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont, CA to pursue a career in teaching PE. She found a passion for coaching youth lacrosse while in college and has been teaching for 3 years in San Mateo County. Some of Ms. Thompson's passions include learning about other cultures, animals, being outdoors, crafting, traveling, live music, cooking and video games. She is ecstatic to be a part of the Hilldale School community and is eager to make a positive impact in this space. She believes in building strong connections and fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for all.
